Agartala, March 27: The Rose Valley Tripura Filed Workers’ Association (TFWA) on Wednesday invited over 1 lakh investors to approach the newly opened website for their refund.

Investors, who were promised high returns on their investments by the ponzi Rose Valley firm can now apply for their refund through a website www.rosevalleyadc.com, launched on March 24 last this year, said Secretary of the TFWA Sanjib Saha on Wednesday.

Addressing a press conference here at Agartala Press Club, Saha said that an asset disposal committee was appointed by the Calcutta High Court and passed an order to recover the dues of the duped investors. In view of this the website was launched, where the investors can file their application to get back their refunds, he told reporters.

“Over 1 lakh Rose Valley investors in Tripura have deposited around 1500 crore,” he said, adding that the investors will get their refund through applications for refund on the website.

He said, “We have formed a committee in Tripura named as Tripura Field Workers Association, which is mainly aimed to invite applications from the investors, so that they are refunded through payment order as per legal process.”
