Agartala/ Dharmanagar, April 30: Panisagar police on Tuesday detained two accused in connection with a robbery incident that took place at the residence of Pranab Nath at East Tilthi village under North Tripura district on April 21 last.

The two arrestees are- Abdul Hannan (28) and his elder brother Abdul Salam (43) of Bethangi area. They were detained from Panisagar.

Cutting weapons along with some jewelleries and cash amounting to Rs. 5,200 were recovered from their possession.
Police Officer Soumya Debbarma and OC Debajit Chatterjee started interrogating them to unearth more details.
